Seville · Andalusia · Erasmus+
We are a youth organisation in Seville. We work with young people on circular fashion and sustainability, mostly from our atelier. We also run youth exchanges.
We believe the future of fashion is circular — and it starts with young people learning to remake what already exists.
The name
“Future skills” is a general label for the abilities people are expected to need as work and society change — because of technology, climate pressures and shifts in the labour market. There is no single official definition; each organisation or report draws the list a little differently.
Most lists share the same core. Digital and data literacy come up in nearly all of them, together with critical thinking and problem solving, and creativity. Adaptability and the ability to keep learning matter just as much, because specific job skills go out of date quickly. Collaboration and communication appear everywhere, and sustainability competence has been added in recent years.
The EU has its own competence frameworks that Erasmus+ projects often draw on: DigComp covers digital competence, GreenComp sustainability, EntreComp entrepreneurship and initiative, and LifeComp personal and social skills and learning to learn. Many youth exchange applications and reports cite these when they describe what participants gain.
In fashion, the term tends to include circular design, repair and reuse, knowledge of materials and supply chains, and digital design tools — alongside the general skills above. That combination is what our ateliers teach.
About us
A few of us met there and got talking about the same problem: too much waste in fashion, and almost no circular practices in our city.
Today the organisation has members across several European countries, many of them working in fashion or styling and others in youth work. Together we run workshops where young people learn about sustainable fashion and the circular economy. Creative entrepreneurship is part of it too.

Guides and videos on circular fashion, free for youth workers across the EU, published under an open licence.
Co-created with our partner organisation. Inclusion and intersectional sustainability sit at the centre of the project.
What happens in the atelier
Old clothes in, new pieces out. Participants take garments that would otherwise be thrown away and turn them into something new.
We look at what fast fashion does to the planet and at what the EU Green Deal expects from us, then work out how circular models work in real life.
We look at where fabrics come from and what they cost the environment. Then we choose better.
Food and music from Andalusia. Design traditions from the Balkans. One shared table.
We debate. We run energizers. We give each other honest feedback. That is how the non-formal learning works.
Participants go home and run their own workshops with the toolkit from the project.
