About us

Who we are

A youth organisation in Seville, co-founded by Ana Velasco and Vineet Chhatria — two people who met through fashion and decided to change how it works.

Ana Velasco

Co-founder

Ana has worked in the fashion industry since 2015, in different countries and across many roles — creative processes, production, distribution. That gave her a clear view of the waste and overproduction behind the industry, and pushed her towards sustainability and circular fashion.

She co-founded a creative agency in Seville dedicated to sustainable practices in fashion. Through it she runs awareness-raising activities and youth initiatives on responsible fashion and creative entrepreneurship. Inside the project she brings strategic vision, industry experience and her background in non-formal education.

Vineet Chhatria

Co-founder

Vineet is a fashion entrepreneur and designer originally from India, known for creative fashion design and sustainable clothing ventures. He is the founder of Advitiye, a fashion label that blends contemporary design with cultural narratives, and his work has been featured in fashion media.

He leads the organisation and its partnerships, and brings the design side of the atelier together with the business side of making circular fashion viable.

Our story

It started with a conversation in Seville

We formed in 2024 after a meeting at an international fashion event in Seville. A few of us met there and got talking about the same problem: too much waste in fashion, and almost no circular practices in our city.

Through continued conversations and informal collaboration we turned that concern into action. Today the organisation has members across several European countries, many of them working in fashion or styling and others in youth work.

Together we run workshops where young people learn about sustainable fashion and the circular economy. Creative entrepreneurship is part of it too.

What we do

Workshops, exchanges, ateliers

We deliver educational activities for young people — locally in Seville and across Europe through Erasmus+ youth exchanges. The methods are always hands-on: make something, discuss something, reflect on it together.

We have taken part in and visited major European fashion events, including Copenhagen Fashion Week. What we learn there feeds straight back into the educational content we build for young people.

We are also opening our atelier to artists and cultural professionals from abroad. In the coming months we will start hosting short residencies in Seville — a workspace, a local mentor and time for creatives to develop their practice in a new environment. More on this soon.
